Every time I look at this photo, I ping into laughter thinking about all the chaotic things that unfolded over the course of that day. It was Easter Saturday, me and me mates was just heading back to the city from a long day of hike. And I really needed to stop over and take a breather because the day had just unfolded exactly as I'd anticipated, having witnessed this spectacle countless times before. I don’t wanna go into too much detail but let’s just say there was a lot of alcohol, smokes, bitching, pranks, and laughter involved, not in that particular order but I will leave the rest for your imagination. The only reason I was in the car that day even after a burned-out week was me mates needed someone sober to drive, lucky me right?

´Being Sober taught me that the real adventure is witnessing the transformation of me drunk mates into unforgettable stories.´

And I knew just the place for a stopover, one of me favorite sunset spots over the beach overlooking the city. The guys, despite having downed their fair share of booze over the day, were still going strong, turning the beach into a scene of utter chaos, while there I was with my camera for the perfect sunset. And to top it off, they stumbled upon a nightclub located just across the pier, stretching me babysitting duties off into the midnight. I have lost count of how many times I'd played the role of the designated driver, ferrying me drunk mates home. But hey, no regrets whatsoever, because these folks were like family to me – the sweetest souls, except for those rare moments when they were three sheets to the wind. Just kidding... well, maybe. I've got a number of insane stories from these drunk drives home, one wilder than the other, good old days mate.

Here's to a few snippets from that day.
